REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS

  1. We rarely receive refund requests from our members.  Nonetheless, we almost always accept and honor refund requests when submitting in writing or via electronic mail (see below) and when accompanied by a specific explanation for the request.
  2. Except in cases of a duplicate enrollment for the same product, we will generally only honor a refund for the most recent payment, and not for all prior payments.
  3. When requesting a refund, please include your name and email address as they appear on your account.  Provide a brief explanartion for the reason why you are requesting a refund.

  6. Given that we've offered you a way to cancel your account and receive a refund in most cases, when you submit a chargeback request to your bank, you are now in commercial dishonor.  Our stance is, we will stand behind this policy and will provide the bank or payment processor the necessary documentation to stand on our honor and your dishonor.  We therefore recommend that you instead contact us directly to settle the matter.
